Your information is used primarily by CATELL to fulfill our commitments to you and to improve your experience with us.
In order for us to offer our services and fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, we provide information and content to suppliers and service providers who support our operations, for example by providing technical infrastructure services (such as e-commerce platforms, IT systems and CRM systems), analyzing how our products are used, delivering and distributing products that you have purchased.
How long do we store data?
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide a good customer experience for you or to fulfill our commitments in accordance with agreements.
