Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email shortly. It will contain information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact customer service as soon as possible if anything needs to be adjusted.
If you wish to change an order afterwards, please contact customer service with your question and we will make sure to help you. Special conditions apply to changes to orders that have already been delivered.
Payment terms
30 days net. After the due date, default interest will be charged according to the Interest Act.
Prices
All prices are stated in SEK, excluding VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the prices concerned. The prices are valid from 2023-01-01 and until further notice.
Deliveries within Sweden
Orders exceeding 3000 SEK - excluding VAT are delivered free of charge to the recipient. For other orders, shipping is charged.
Exchange and return right
You have a full return and exchange right within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that you have not used the goods and that they are returned in undamaged condition.
All labels must remain on the goods. All goods that are sent back must be packed in a bag or cardboard box.
For the return to be approved, the returned goods must be in a substantially unchanged condition. The goods should be packaged appropriately in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and together with any accessories. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not put address labels directly on the goods' packaging, but put the original box in another box.
We would like you to state the reason for the return and return the goods together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back), this will speed up the handling of your return.
When exchanging, returning or making a complaint, we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce.
Warranty
From the date of delivery, there is a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. No warranty is given for external influences.
Reservations
Catell reserves the right to final sales and that goods may be discontinued from the range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We also reserve the right for any printing errors on this website.
Catell reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
Force Majeure
Catell is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on an extenuating circumstance as set out below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the fulfillment. Extenuating circumstances shall include, among others, action or omission by the authorities, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions on indications, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market, and if the company has been accused of criminal activity that affects the business.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, Catell will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Protection.
